- Fixes which make ODE run on B160L
- Fixes which make ODE detect Astro Runway port and CPUs
- Implement "firmware unlocking" via PDC_MODEL/PDC_MODEL_CAPABILITIES call
- Add subfunction 2 for PDC_MODEL_VERSIONS
