target/mips: Remove CPU_NANOMIPS32 definition

nanoMIPS not a CPU, but an ISA. The nanoMIPS ISA is already
defined as ISA_NANOMIPS32.
Remove this incorrect definition and update the single CPU
implementing it, the I7200.
