hw/arm/virt: Rename cpu_post_init() -> post_cpus_gic_realized()

QDev uses _post_init() during instance creation, before being
realized. Since here both vCPUs and GIC are REALIZED, rename
as virt_post_cpus_gic_realized() for clarity.
