windows cdrom cache flush (Stefano Stabellini)

Windows only flushes its cache of a CDROM if it gets a
SENSE_UNIT_ATTENTION CHECK_CONDITION response to a REQUEST_SENSE
command.
Make sure it does so after we change the CD.
