Merge tag 'pull-maintainer-updates-060324-1' of https://gitlab.com/stsquad/qemu into staging
maintainer updates (tests, gdbstub, plugins):
- expand QOS_PATH_MAX_ELEMENT_SIZE to avoid LTO issues
- support fork-follow-mode in gdbstub
