configure: Mark SPARC as supported
Thanks to John Paul Adrian Glaubitz <glaubitz@physik.fu-berlin.de>
and the Debian Project, we now have access to a SPARC Linux
system we can use for build testing. Move SPARC back into
the "supported" list.
