bdf: Remove last users of FALSE/TRUE This brings bfd_boolean to the wonderful world of <stdbool.h>, it is needed because it defines bdf_boolean as an enum with values true and false, and some architectures use TRUE, FALSE and give problems when you try to use <stdbool.h> Signed-off-by: Juan Quintela <quintela@redhat.com> Signed-off-by: Anthony Liguori <aliguori@us.ibm.com>
