tests: acpi: whitelist pc/DSDT.hpbrroot and pc/DSDT.hpbridge tests

follow up fix for missing root-port AML will affect these tests
by adding non-hotpluggable Device descriptors of colplugged
bridges when bridge hotplug is disabled.
