linux-user: PPC64 semid_ds Doesnt Include _unused1 and _unused2
The 64 bit PowerPC platforms eliminate the _unused1 and _unused2
elements of the semid_ds structure from <sys/sem.h>. So eliminate
these from the target_semid_ds structure.
