Added support for [[@build_tgt]], [[@custom_tgt]], and [[@custom_idx]] to certain FS module functions

Support for [[@build_tgt]], [[@custom_tgt]], and [[@custom_idx]] was added to the following FS module APIs:

• fs.name
• fs.parent
• fs.replace_suffix
• fs.stem
