[Description]
This WA is not necessary anymore after we use the native R9 bds module. 

[Root cause]
R9 ECP has some problems on supporting the R8 bds module. We meet two assert, one here, one is in the OpcodeCreation.c. We have to port the bdsplatform to native R9 bds module and library. So WA here is no longer necessary.

[Solution]
Roll back.

[Impacted platform] 
Stoutland Sunride Ridge platform.
